Your Initial Consultation with Jennifer Johnson - Through the Journey, LLC. Meet the mediator to discuss the conflict between individuals (friend/family) and learn about the mediation process. Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party, the mediator, helps the parties discuss and resolve their dispute. Mediation is conducted at a slower pace than a court hearing, allowing the parties to discuss the situations and issues vital to them.
